I drive a 98 Chevy Suburban, because it has a lien holder (bank) it has had full coverage insurance the life of the loan. I am 15 years old and going to have my permit. I want use my dad's car who already has insurance. But, based on certain websites they say i need to include licensed drivers on my dad's car insurance. I think we do not have me listed. Is it possible to include me as a licensed driver. I am currently under Nationwide. Will it cost me to be included? If, so how much or what is the average and how do I do it?

Question about first insurance quote for a young driver?

Last week I used autotrader to search for numerous quotes and found one for around 1450. Today I passed my driving test, and went back to the quote but it had to be renewed since last week which is fair enough. The lowest value today was 1576 which I am alright with. I refreshed the page a while later to find that quote had disappeared and the cheapest was 1620, with the company for that quote (elephant) at the bottom with an unable to find a quote detail. I thought it would come back soon, so I refreshed the page and then suddenly the price increased to 2950 minimum and many of the cheaper companies were now listed as unable to find a quote. Strange, but perhaps the websites are too busy to send data. An hour on though and the price is still 2950. Did anyone else have this problem? If so when was it fixed, the same day or next day? Thanks

3 weeks ago, my car got hit while i was asleep in the middle of the night. the person left his insurance and phone number.so he knew he was at fault 100%. i called the insurance and they agreed to fix my car. since the person hit my wheel and bumper at the same time my car was not drivable at all, so they got a towing truck to take it to the shop. i received a call 2 day later from the insurance telling me that they could only fix my bumper because it the accident had nothing to do with a broken part from the other side of where the car got hit. now my car was working perfectly fine the day before the accident. and the insurance doesnt want to fix the part that broke because they said it was impossible for the part to brake and because the part was rusted. Can i sue the insurance company?
